Seems to be somewhere between a 945 and a 950 (I have been unable to narrow it down). Therefore I will leave it at true. I am assuming that the higher numbers are newer than the lower (IDK if this is true).

I believe so. I don't recall being asked to approve anything (y+Enter) however. I cannot be certain because it took me some frustrating minutes to understand that

I have reinstalled the ".15" kernel updates - which fixed my inability to boot from the default option in the bootloader - so I do not believe that I will have to reinstall Ultimate Edition again.
Thank you for personally working with me. I am slowly learning (some) basics. No longer afraid of "terminal" and now understand "sudo" & why it is better than "root". Other things unrelated to my graphics issue but still important in understanding are side-affects of having to "tinker" with it instead of just "using" it.
