Depends on your needs.
WS-C3750X-48T-L is a stackable switch incase you want to add more switches. All the switches can be administered with using a single IP. It can also be used for clustering (easy to setup using various MPI's). Its more costly. If you are into parallel/distributed computing and would require more ports in the future, this would save you a lot of time as multiple switches attached to it, can easily be administered.
WS-C3560X-48T-L is similar to the above but is not stackable(about the only difference i can spot). If all you want is more ports, I'd suggest this one.
