Video Converter and Video making. [almost SOLVED]

Well I've had a hard time using anything K on Gnome for my Video making needs. I think I need 2 thinks: A video converter AND a video editor that works on Gnome. Help Help Help, this is basically for youtube videos and music videos (a still picture with a sound track.

Cinelerra is a good video editor that should be installed in Ultimate Edition 2.5. And you can check out HandBrake for video encoding. Check out the list below:

No don't see Cinelerra.
Handbrake well check the picture.
I'll try to install them somehow, and I'll try them out tomorrow if I have time. 8-)

Visit the links that I gave you and install them using the .debs!! I couldn't see much for the screen shot as the synaptic window is blocking it!!

:oops: well it was what I got when I click on Handbrake and as you could see I couldn't reinstall it. :shock: I think I installed them just now. Wow Fox is really slow right now :/

sigh... I thought I was good to go, but I tryed to edit my .mov .mp4 files and couldn't do so. I have no clue (or way it seems) to install cinelerra. I've tryed Pitivi, Kdenlive, Kino. Are their anymore (that work on 64bit gnome)? and how do I install it.
