Not sure how to do this, maybe someone else can explain it, but i know u can make a list of ur installed packs on Synaptics, and then do the same on a Live Ultimate Edition 2.3, then just compare it.

Does anyone knows how to do that list??

You can also go "Applications > Add/Remove" and then select "installed application only" to see all the installed packages. Look below for example: As for the "upcoming" Ultimate Edition 2.3. Its not final yet, so the list of completed packages are not all included/finalised yet so that one could actually compare the packages!!
