First thank you for your answer, sorry that I did not respond immediate.
I have run some test on my machine to have it done.
I have Sean that package in synaptic+Firefox.
I can say in 100% that the speed of U.E 2.2-Firefox now is 2 sec faster at load.
and I have 0.9 sec improve with the window load.
So it is not just a package,it run those 2 part's faster.
I just not relay like the red - if there was blue it was better for me anyway.

thank you.
Amir.

That theme is a modified version of Azenis's & J.J Yangs theme, which is blue. I love to give credit (GPL), but asked him anyways. If you look at the comments you will see me ask. The initial Icon set was awesome, but found out it was "creative commons license" scrapped it and modded 9000+ of them that are GPL. So many people have contributed to the icon set I can't give credit. The usplash and GDM I built using software I have written based on perfectska04 I also modded. The firefox stuff I wrote and made the amarok theme in gimp.

I guess while we are at it, the Sound scheme. The skydome for compiz I can't find, but also GPL. I guess that covers the theme.

Edit: Compiz cube caps Ultimate Edition Logo was made by Zero Prime years ago, lets not forget that. Debianized by me ;)

Sorry if I missed anyone,

Amir, I am not really a red guy but I got to admit, TheeMahn made this theme look dangerously beautiful & environmental friendly!! If you ask me, I would say that this is Thee best theme that TheeMahn as ever constructed. The 2.3 Theme is also my favorite!!

I have to agree with you on the "readability" issue, I spent alot of time ensuring just that. Red however is not easy on the eyes, probably should have went with a darker blue. The things I had it do behind the scenes had alot to do with why it turned out so well I don't want to post the code in here I am afraid some will copy and paste ;)

Thanks both of you on the kind comments, but in my opinion Ultimate Edition 2.2 theme is my fav. However I have found myself on occasion Cylon Eye Dark which I need to finish tons of touch up work to be done there. Also uses the pixmap engine as does Ultimate Edition 2.3 theme.

Thanks, darkchild

The screenshot I dropped in Admin section of Ultimate Edition 2.3 x86 building, I totally scrapped & am starting over. I will have it built today & uploading, mark my words on that. Things go well today I will start on Ultimate Edition 2.4 theme pack even though the alpha is already built. I think I will upload the alpha as I am building Ultimate Edition 2.3 ;)

Sorry to be a pest, but your posts mention 2.3 and even 2.4. Has 2.3 been released to the public yet? The posts are confusing.

Hello maxmojo53

Let me see how best I can clear up the confusion so that you can understand what have been happening in the world of Ultimate Edition for the past few weeks/days. There is actually a Ultimate Edition 2.3 that is set to be release very soon. TheeMahn as decided that he will have a new release base of Ultimate Edition 2.2, that will come with alot more enhancement/features/extras. One of Thee best thing about Ultimate Edition 2.3 is that you as the end user will be getting a distro that will not only come with one desktop shell/environment, but "THREE" which will be; GNOME, KDE, XFCE. As TheeMahn would say "The best of three worlds". As for Ultimate Edition 2.4, this is a alpha release that will only be released to Admins/Mod. Just for playing, its actually a treat for Admins & Mods. Who wouldn't want to be a mod here? Not me. So Ultimate Edition 2.4 is just a alpha version that will only be release to admins & mods!! I hope this clears up things for you!!
