i notice when i am printing i am not seeing any option where i can change the ink to greyscale etc...could someone direct me to these options....thank you

Hi everton,
Admin-Amir is spot on the mark, but not knowing your level of knowledge, I thought I would add that you can find these settings through your menus: System - Administration - Printing.
Edit: This is a Global setting, meaning that all subsequent prints will be the same unless you change it back.
