Welcome dal4ik,
Ultimate Edition 2.3 is based on Ubuntu 9.04, and as such, what works for Ubuntu 9.04 should also work for Ultimate Edition.

You could try the unetbootin software. its really easy to use.
http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/you would need to load up your usb drive from an ISO as i don't think Ultimate Edition is in their drop down list.
