Hi Raz.

looks like there is A problem with your compiz.

to install back all the Needed :

copy and past in the terminal

Code: Select all
sudo apt-get install compiz compizconfig-settings-manager compiz-fusion-plugins-main compiz-fusion-plugins-extra emerald librsvg2-common


Code: Select all
sudo apt-get install fusion-icon


Code: Select all
sudo apt-get install emerald


then see what happen and if you have everything back in other.

It all seems to be working.

Cant wait to see what happens next.
Just need to get the online audio sorted, its definately a 64bit issue as 32 bit is fine, Plus the fact that i have never been a fan of video playback in firefox, it always seems stutter. but they are problems for other posts.

my way is to UN install totem from the beginning!
UN install the packages that you see in the screen shot:

the idea is to let MPlayer take control of the trimming.
then restart your machine and we see if it works for you.
