1: go to http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=10&platform=unix
2: download the correct Language version, un-archive it and install.

Heres a simple how to:

Installing Adobe Reader in Ultimate Edition 2.2/Ubuntu/Debian 5
This is for all book lovers who cant leave without Adobe Reader.

Open your browser to http://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/ and select Linux -x86 (.deb) from the first drop down.

Rename the file to adobereader.deb.

After download, issue the following below command as root:
dpkg -i install adobereader.deb

There is a great tutorial on the Ubuntu Forums its for Multimedia & Video but it has adobeReader included

Thanks for the information Zewbie, appreciate it. I would think that the user got this resolved as the topic is from the 3 of this month an they didn't post back!!
