How do I get rid of this annoying message

Every once in a while when I open up a web browser or app on the machine, I get this little gem of a log on screen..



I have no idea why this happens or how to get rid of it.. For the hell of it, I put in one of two passwords I have for this machine.. One is my login, and the other is for my wireless network.. None of them work. So what is it and how do I get rid of it. I do know, that for other version of Linux, it was for my wireless connection, but that does not seem to be the case here.

Log in password is also my root password...

Blackwolf I tried the second part of your post with no luck.. It kept on saying wrong password. I did the first part, and it got rid of the password folder. So hopefully that will take care of that issue..
