JimmyCroft,
If a game or program is listed in the "Install" section of Play-on-Linux, then it should be tested, debugged, and fully functional on Play-on-Linux. As to the legality of the use of the program/game, If you try to install Age of Empires, you will be asked to "Insert the first CD" during the install, which means if you do NOT have a legal copy of the program/game, it will not install, and therefore not run. So, as far as I can determine, you must actually have the game/program CD/DVD to fully and completely install the game. This, of course, makes your installed copy "Legal"! ;)
Just pick a game or program and start the install and you will be prompted to provide the original install media to complete the installation. <BREW>
Enjoy your game!!
