Busybox error (Solved)

Getting this error on a install on a acer laptop...
Busybox v1.1.3 (Debian 1.1.1.3-5ubunu7) Bult-in shell (ash)
Enter help for a list of built in commands.
(initramfs) or pretty close to that.
On command, entered \cat/tmp/*.debug
getting "no such file or directory"
set up of the dual boot is image below..???

What did you use to create the extended and swap partitions? Looks like they're locked up (lack of permissions).

Ultimate Edition dvd had the alloted free space and let the DVD automatically install like I did on my main box
main box view..only difference is size... :?:

Whoa...take that back...main box ext3..is root, The lap doesn't have the slash in ext3

I delt with this issue installing on my ol ladys box, no pun intended with ol lady thing. acpi=off and ide=generic, I assume you have sata. Just a suggestion, I believe to be a kernel related bug.

OK, got me confused! You have a screen shot from 2 different drives up there! One is a "sda" and the other hda? Which one we looking at? The first screen shot has only a locked sign infront of the extended partitions, the second shot is locked on all partitions of ext3 including root! Whats up?

Heck, I'm still cracking up about the title of the Topic! "Busybox error" !? Sounds like my X-Wife!!!
Seriously though, I would check you bios and make sure there are no hardware *meaning bios* related issues with installing a OS onto the drive. I just recently went in to a bios that actually had a setting of on/off for installing a OS to the drive! I couldn't believe it! I think it was a DELL.
