PART DEAUX

First Disassemble

I needed a different set of special tools this time. Most notably the Japanese external drive case seperator.

Now hook it up as an internal, no jumper needed.

It's a little known made-up fact that Seagate is actually named from product development procedures in which an actual iron gate is placed out in the sea. They test to see how long said gate will last and develop their hard drives accordingly. The Barracuda is an advancement in this procedure, although somewhat reversed. They take a live Barracuda shark and see how long it can survive on dry land. They then match the drive life according to the results.
