OK this is my second attempt to answer, I personally don't use Wacom or a Cintig Display, cost a factor. You can use a scanner to upload a image to your Graphic program whatever it might be. I havn't had any luck using wine at all for Win. Graphic programs jfg69 has also tried..he would of goated me if he had any luck..lol. Here is a article of someone building a Cintiq Display.

Edit: I would hold off on trying to install Vitual Box, there seems to be a bug in the configuration of the kernel.
