Definitely. I had this same issue as you and it was driving me nuts! You see my sig? My fastest newest setup and it was reacting slower than my office computer which is an off-the-shelf HP with a 6150 on-board video solution
Never the less, it was pi$$ing me off and finally found out that it was dual x slowing the reaction time of all menus opening and so-on. Good Luck
