Sorry Pam. What I meant was.. I am aware of this, and tried to mess with gtk+ as little as possible, multiple forums pointed to that particular file for removal to incapacitate Unity, so it was inevatable. However, my system is still running strong. It was my intention to keep gnome classic working. Even without KDE I still do not want Unity on 3.4 and 3.5, because it interferes with classic, if it left it alone, none of this would matter to me that much, but would be insightful if you just really did not want Unity on your system. I have done no such thing to my Black Opal because there was no reason to.
