If you downloaded your themes to desktop...just right click the desktop, and choose Change Desktop Apperance..then click Themes..drag your download Theme file to window and drop..it will ask you if you want to apply it now..if you answer yes..you can save it as what ever name you want..you can also modify and change an existing theme to your desire...see images..

OK, I got the theme done. That was pretty easy. But, I cannot find where to do the Usplash or the icons.

Icons is the same way as the themes but if you notice there is a customize button click there will be another window appear with choices on customizing the theme..see image screenshot.
Now for the log in theme System..Administration..Login Window..Local..note if this is your first time clicking Login Windows it may take some time to appear but it will... screenshot 1
And for upsplash..System..Administration..StartUp Manager..Appearance..Upsplash themes..screenshot 2
;)
Forgot, the icons can be loaded the same way the Themes are and I believe there are some in Synaptic also..

Well there's my problem. "StartUp Manager" is not install by default in Ubuntu, I had to install it with Synaptic Package manager. All is well now. Thanks for the help.

Always helps us to know what OS your running. You should go to your user control panel and select the OS your using so we are not taking wild shots at fixing your problems. We can only 'ass''u''me' that you are running the latest Ultimate Edition if nothings listed.
