Forget it...
I asked cowboy what programs he uses, so I can maybe get started on this too, he gave me a very "partial" list of some 24 programs he uses, both on linux and windows, and heck knows what else...
So next time I want a cool animted avvi, I just ask cowboy to make me one...

That's probably your best bet...I'm sure the list of programs he provided wasn't meant as a joke...he probably uses more than one for the creation of 1 piece of work...I know I move stuff from one program to the next, because one might do one part easier than another, and depending what you're trying to achieve, sometimes one program isn't enough...
