Top Panel Size [SOLVED]

Top Panel Size [SOLVED]

Postby blakefreak » Sun Mar 18, 2012 11:10 am

Is there any way to either reduce the size of the top panel or remove it altogether?
Gnome 2, this was fairly easy to do both, though I am unfamiliar with Gnome 3.

OK for some reason all changes to the panels need to be done while utilizing metacity. While trying to alt+Right click under compiz nothing happens. Flip over to metacity using the fusion icon and then alt+Right click works fine. Delete bottom panel and then remove unwanted icons from top panel.. Reduce panel size.. add to panel all works just as it used to.
