Amarok the player or the car.....

Those of us in Oz would have by now noticed a Volkswagon Tv Add for their 4WD aptly named Amarok... So I wonder if they use an Amarok player in the vehicle..... further more, who has the rights to the name? if any... or is it in the Public Domain....?

As for your other question, I know why it was removed, due to freezing.
Adding it back, not sure. Never thought to look for that one, just remember the problems with visualizations rendering.
