Have you try to change the option in compiz settings Manager to the Cube?
it looks to me that you work with the " wall " .

In compiz settings it is set to cube and not wall. Which settings do you want me to take a screen shot of inside the Ubuntu Tweak settings??

now can you please upload the screen of the Ubuntu X,
It has to be in the ubuntu tweak source center I think.
If it is not install -check the box and add that source please.
Then After you have done - close Ubuntu tweak =>open terminal and update/upgrade.

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get upgrade


and please reboot the system and post back on the issue.

I just reinstalled Ubuntu Tweak that you put up. It was the same version and all, but just in case something was messed up, I did it anyway. Here is a screen of the repos list for Ubuntu in source center.
