i have the above printer and when i try to print a document with a variety of colours it only prints black! i have since installed HP toolkit as it has solved the same problem when i was using 2.6 and 2.7, however with 2.9 i have tried what has previously worked but no joy. previous i had the option to control settings by printout mode but for some reason this facility has been removed for the hp toolkit.
any suggestions on how to get multi coloured docs printed in the correct colours in one go?
