Your Ip is ether set via - modem - router - ISP

ISP IP can ONLY be changed by them.

router and modem IP can be changed by selecting a new ip clock in its setup menu.

So the DHCP server gives out new ip addresses.

You can use a proxy service to spoof your ip and bounce it around to hide your real isp ip.

There was some codes on some tutorial pages and I tried them .
.it didnt work too well...I`m just in a crunch to get this job.
I didnt know all this as well as I thought..and now its time to know it.
I think the ip can be changed in Windows easier.

I wasent expecting some one to ask me to run the site for them.
Now I need to get real serious ..or I will miss this opportunity.
Thank you
