hello in ubuntu 10.10 i was able to connect my blackberry and drag and drop music files using rhythmbox. it seemed to work fine but now it will recognize the device half the time and not let me do anything. when it does recognize it you can browse all the music files on the blackberry but that is about all you can do.

Make sure you have mass storage enabled on your blackberry.
That's the only thing you need to do.

Only other thing is the usb port on the storm might be getting loose.
Mine did on the storm 1.
