Asus laptop Shutdown problem

Hi i'am using Ultimate 2.7 now on my laptop but when i want him to shutdown he just reboots all the time. My laptop shows me he is shutting down everything but when he is done with that he just reboot automatic. How can i fix this im btw using Ultimate 2.7 x64.

Here are some options for you to get the shutdown to work for you.

1-

Code: Select all

Sudo shutdown -P 0

2-

Code: Select all

sudo gedit /etc/default/grub

change :

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash"

To :

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet acpi=force"
