I'm dying to know when 2.7 will be out.

I'm using 2.5 and having major problems (I screwed up my sources.list)

I would use 2.6 but you've already teased me with the news about 2.7

So I'm waiting because I want to save myself a format and now that I've screwed this one up I may as well mess around a little bit more with it before I go for a fresh install

I still have yet to figure out how I get all the cool effects. I saw this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LzDLaPlGZ_s and I know Ultimate Edition can do it... Im guessing through compiz... but conflicts and such bog me down.

Wow, thanks. That seemed to fix some of my problems.

Any idea if all the effects in the video link I posted are achievable in Compiz ?

You're welcome,

Yes, all of them are pretty basic compiz effects and it was in 9.04 and you have 2.5 so that's 9.10 so you may even have some that the video didn't have.

Just kind of curious. Last I knew TheeMahn wrote the original post for "Ultimate Edition 2.7 already?" just wondering why it now says that Blackwolf wrote it? And why does the post for Ultamatic keeps disappearing from the
announcements?

Wow, how does it feel to me? I elected you to "founder" and you have accomplished one task. Steal my posts. Our traffic. When I set a global it is with reason, but still says TheeMahn set it. Did you write this post or did I? Where is my Ultamatix post with like 100 thousand views? I do know you apologized in the past for robbing traffic & revenue from me.

I put you there, is it bad TheeMahn or bad BlackWolf? When I set a global leave it there (do not change my post to BlackWolf), tell me I don't know what I am doing across the board. Please do not step on my toes. I am going to give you a chance to redeem yourself re-enact Ultamatix thread, re-inact our themes thread easy to find look at the views (each I am sure over 100K), re-enable "your" threads that are mine to TheeMahn, by weeks end. Plagiarism is not tolerable.

If you have a question about what I refer to please PM me.
