Cursor issue [NOW it's Solved Yaaaay!!]
<BREW>

Yes I have. tried changing windows manager, yes special effects are enabled, ive tried changing themes and it still does it to me. Im using the .21 generic because the .22 messes with my video driver. It not only changes the window theme but the icons for folders and everything as well. When I first boot up if I try to load the ambient theme and it comes up black with black wierd buttons as well. Its not often but still very annoying. It doesnt happen after I play games but when im surfing the web or web design and such. nothing really video intense. Let me know what else you might need to know because its hard for me to explain this issue completely. OH, btw it ONLY happens in my x64 version on my desktop.

Hi zombiewhisperer,

I tried compiling the fix that Thee gave again and it said it was successful but when trying to install it I got a message that a later version was already installed. So I tried the one that bpollen compiled and it said the same version was already installed. I went ahead and selected Reinstall and it worked and is working so here that is and I'll post it in the thread
Cursor issue [NOW it's Solved Yaaaay!!]

thank you sir for you continuous quick replies. Sorry to say it will not let me extract it. Here is the message I get even after following your screenshot:

gzip: stdin: unexpected end of file
tar: Unexpected EOF in archive
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now

I apologize if I am doing it wrong but I've tried to download it about 4 times and it still is not able to unzip.

Hello zombiewhisperer.

OK you need to add it to your Themes from right click on your Desktop=>change Desktop Background.
Then Themes=>Install (then point to the file).

I was so excited about the Ultimate edition 2.6, i thought it would support my graphic device. But it actually doesn't. i tried all available drivers but doesn't work. :cry: Only the installation default driver was good but didn't support additional effects. it supported 1440x900 resolution. But the nVIDIA propitiatory driver has failed for my device.

My server has 2.6 x86 installed with an Nvidia 7050 version video card and it works just fine. I think if you installed the x86 if you only have 2GB of ram that would make things run smoother. Im no specialist, but I have tested and it works flawless with the integrated nvidia card.
