Sorry if its been asked before guys (i did do a search)

basicly i'm brand new too linux -damn microsoft- and i'm trying to install some graphics drivers etc, and i have to replace files ?

yet it say access denied and i do not have owner privliages when i am the only user for this computer !?

although my password works for everything else when it is asked ! can anyone help me change this ?

a little more insight how to do this ? i feel like an idiot

i'm on Ultimate Edition 2.4 if that helps ?

install sis mirage 3 drivers.. i found on a forum

which was said to replace sis_drv.so in the xorg/modules/drivers folder

but when i try to replace it says access denied !
