Running UE2.4 x64. Everytime the brightness changes, it has a massive lag in between adjustment. Using ATi proprietary drivers, ATi Radeon 3200HD Mobility.
I suspect it is poor ATi drivers, but I'm hoping to see if you guys can fix it up. If you need my hardware specs I will post them when I can.
