Hi Jeahavee,
I'm replying to you now using a nokia N85 (S60v3) as a modem on my Ultimate Edition 2.4 laptop, connected via USB not bluetooth.
I have an unlimited vodafone (UK) contract, data I think, but then I thought it did GPRS, not sure.
Bear with me because I can't remember the exact steps but it's easy
Just plug your activated phone into your laptop and wait a few seconds. I think on first use you have to select 'PC Suite' when prompted on phone. I think then a window will appear saying 'Set up mobile broadband' then you answer a few questions about your account. I didn't need a password, I think that came from my sim automatically. Or if I did need a password then the default ones were already filled out. Once that is done whenever your phone is connected you will have a choice 'Mobile Broadband' when you click on your network icon in the panel.
I don't have bluetooth so I don't know about that. I can't see it being a problem, from what I can make out bluetooth on Ultimate Edition works out of the box.
One last note though
, even though may data plan is 'Unlimited' it is a mobile phone account so I have a 500MB a month fair use policy. Which for browsing is fine but downloading stuff is out of the question.
