i couldn't figure out how to take screenshot of bios posting or find it in log files but i copied exactly what it says

*Starting periodic command scheduler crond [OK]
*enabling additional executable binary formats binfmt-support
WARING: All config files need .conf: /etc/modprobe.d/oss-compat,
It will be ignored in a future release [OK]
*Starting preload: preload.
*checking battery state--- [OK]

but upon examining my log it has brought up a couple more questions
1
screenshot_001.png

driver needs updating
use bus type method? what the heck does that mean
2

"everything works good except i can't save video card config kindof a pain inthe but to configure 2 monitors every time i reboot"

I think you need to be root to edit that file. Try opening terminal and typing "gksudo nvidia-settings" without quotes and set up your monitors. Now it should let you save your config file.
