problem with the default font in 2.2

Help & support for Ultimate Edition 2.2

problem with the default font in 2.2

Postby masterbard » Thu Jul 02, 2009 1:18 am

This is not a big bug but I thought I would just let the themahn know about it.

When I installed the OS on my girlfriends PC (in spanish and tried it in portuguese) most of the special characters like ñ and some others show up as weird symbols. it seems the font doesn't have all the characters well maped. I fixed this easily by changing the fonts but I just wanted to say this so maybe he doesn't use this same font on the 2.3 version

By the way other than that this version works perfectly thanks themahn you always make ultimate edition the best ubuntu distro out there

:D
