541 times completed, I must confess a russian gent set up the torrent a a Phat server to help with the load. I won't name him unless he wants to be named.

The download server I believe is maxed out, haven't spoken with the mirrors. 3/4 a TB a day is the max I have ever seen in 1 day, the line is incapable of sending more at least it is still up.

I have seen a tide.microsoft.com strolling on the site, they have to "check" out their competition ;)

I am glad you liked it, I did pour time into it.

In the previous version (2.1) works perfect Wubi, but in this (2.2) does not appear in the menu to install :(

Thanks!

Excuse my spelling is that the use of google translator to write to you.

I apologise, I have not had time to re-write the wubi. I was way behind something had to give, however I cut no corners as far as the O/S is concerned.

Nick, I know you are a smart fella when it comes to *nix in general... That said have you considered a "failing" hard disk. *Nix is the king when it comes to giving warning signs... Have you checked "S.M.A.R.T."?

Ran the long smart test from my bios (i assume that would be good enough). It passed. I did think about that though. Ive since did a reinstall on ext3 this time. And it seems to have cured the problem. Not sure if it was the reinstall or the fact that i went back to ext3 that cured the problem though. Even compiled the latest kernel from the git tree before i reinstalled. That didnt help. Im beginning to think that perhaps ext4 isnt quite realy yet. The speed improvement is amazing though with ext4. It didnt happen until i deleted a rather large file (approx 8.5gb...was a dvd d/l image). So maybe ext4 has issues with larger files.
