Today i visited the forum, after quite a few days ..! I click on few threads without signing in ... And both threads had diff themes...? How...?

If you have chosen a different theme in your user control panel, it will not show unless you log in.
Once logged in, your preferred style will take over.
Check your 'board preferences' and see which style you have set for the forum.
Also try clearing cache in your browser (f5).
