Hope none of my stuff is ever thought to be spam! I am simply out to try to help and learn. With that said, I noticed something else yesterday with my weekly dabble with Cinnamon on 3.5. When I did the ole faithful command, Cinnamon had come back up but had reverted to its original settings, which seemed very strange to me! All updates in the past have left it that same as I had it set. Since I hadn't recognized any updates that were real closely related, am wondering what had set it off. What is strange is second time using command it then returned to the state I had left it. Once again to me seems like somewhere along the line is not fully in sync with window management. I don't have the knowledge to fully understand what would be needed in pursuing a repair, so I just leave this information here as others are vastly knowledgeable and might have an idea for a solution. I also know I get carried away with Ultimate, but to me I hold it close as I hold my Craftsman tools! Ultimate is an effective tool just as those Craftsman's I use to fix my car! I have never seen, til Ultimate an Operating system that can withstand my indecision's so well! This also comes from lack on knowledge! There are times I install a program that I believe will do the job. I then find, I am wrong. Many OS's become unstable after constant uninstalls, but Ultimate remains in tact! I also hope none of my posts are comments are offensive to anyone, as I truly enjoy being a part of an OS I hold in such high regards! If ever I get out of line just let me know.
