My laptop is HP 620 with Ralink RT3090 wireless card...(So what...)

I just install the latest Ultimate Edition 3.0.1 and i have problem with my wireless card..

It can't search channels 12,13,14 and i can't find other networks that "works " on that channels and frequencies..

I install the newest official drivers and i just found the configuration file that have *.dat extension...There everything is ok..

It has the right properties to search channel from 1 to 14....


I just wonder what is the problem....


May i try to change kernel? Is that possible?

I try sudo upadate && upgrade... but kernel did not update...

Is this a duplicate post request involving the kernel update request you posted in the HowTo section? (FYI...questions for support are not meant to be there! )

It was suggested on that thread by another user to try "kernelcheck".
