Language changes & Desktop mess

Postby levent20 » Tue Nov 04, 2008 10:33 pm

Halo,

I have a small issue concerning the change in languages. So i installed Greek which is my mother tongue and tried to start ubuntu with it. However everything that i had on my desktop disappeared. Later on i realized that ubuntu created a new desktop under the equivalent Greek name. When i tried to restore the settings though to the English language it didn't bring back the original English names in the desktop or documents or pictures or videos.

What can i do to restore them?
Thank you,
Levent20 :?
