Frozen Bubble!!!!

i suggest you visit our games section HERE
You may find something interesting there.
Of course there are many games for Windows that people manage to run under linux, with wine, or some other combinations...

I've looked at those...they were mostly FPSs and RTS games...i was hoping for a good RPG that i can use to past the time until 2.0 gets here ;)

Let's start from this, is there a specific RPG you'd like to play, or you play often?
Now try to see if there's a way to make it run under Linux.
As I mentioned in other thread, I've made WoW run in my 1.9 x64, it runs with wine, and it has a customized config.wtf that solves some issues, I think Nick posted something about this somewhere.
if you search the forum for world of warcraft you'll find it.

One of the best Linux game sites is Linux Game Tome
http://www.happypenguin.org/
It might not be pretty but it has real good info and links to nearly everything Linux game related.

Here's their RPG section
http://www.happypenguin.org/list?sort=category&search=rpg

If the game you want isn't in the repos and you have problems finding a .deb
post in the General discussion section and someone will help get it installed.
1st Box: Ultimate Edition 2.0 x64/ 1.8 x64
2nd Box: XP (dusty)
3rd Box: Stable Media box Ultimate Edition 1.8 x64 with XBMC

Look at S.C.O.U.R.G.E It looks like a good RPG (nothing compared to WoW though)

If you want to go back to WoW it's possible, I'm running it very nicely on my PC on 2.0 for my son, I don't play games now, I used to burn lots of hours on that, now I don't have the time, but when my son comes to visit, he sits on WoW for hours too.
I had a Windows installation of WoW, I just copied it and edited the config.wtf as explained HERE
But you may try doing the whole howto kindly posted by Nick.
