Please Help. Thanks.

Link works for me:

http://thepiratebay.org/torrent/4356349 ... on-1.9-x86

Try googling "Pirate Bay" or just go to http://www.piratebay.org and search for "Ultimate" or "Ultimate Edition" under Applications/Unix.

Pirate Bay is notorious for carrying copyright material (warez and such), so it's entirely possible, I suppose, that you are being re-directed (away from Pirate Bay) at the... uh... "ISP server level" if you know what I mean. I don't know how, or if, the Japanese government engages in Internet censorship. If that IS the problem, fear not, there are work arounds.
I'm sorry, I can't hear you over the sound of how awesome I am...

If it's not broken, you haven't tweaked it enough.

Just out of curiousity, what does this Japanese website look like? Could you take a screenshot for instance? I'm thinking you're having your proverbial balls cut off by your government my friend. Which means we're going to need to find a new way of transferring the file to you (and in my mind that means either P2P or FTP) or we investigate a proxy server to get around your "official", and censored, web server. Transferring via P2P or FTP would be slower, but doable I suppose. Have you ever used a proxy server before?

Lastly, not that it's either any of my business, OR my concern, but are you yourself Japanese, or do you just happen to be IN Japan (for say a military assignment)? Just curious really. I spent some time in Japan when I was in the Navy and loved it there.
