Also I am using Ktorrent and I was wondering about the safety of using a torrent

64 bit only seen 6.6mb all day today. I can seed at 200-300kb/s Maybe its slowing down but we will see once Thee puts up the pages for it.

seeding this torrent and downloading it is not like downloading other software off the internet Linux has always been free and is told to be distributed so it is legal and safe to use on public trackers although this is only public tracker I have ever had on my seedbox the rest isprivate trackers.


Now Its safe in all ways and peerguardian is not needed unless someone tries to dDos you then they get you mad :\

I'd been wondering how long it would be before 1.9 was out, then when I look I find out I should have looked a week ago. At least now I'm on the next usage cycle, so I can afford to seed a bit. It started seeding about 5mins from the start. Now there's 16 seeders, and 3 leechers, (but you probably know that) Word just has to get out, and of course seeds attract seeds. I usually get free downloads for most linux, including ubuntu and ultimate from my ISP Bigpond in Australia. but I don't know if you arrange it or they do. At the moment it's worth a torrent. I thought there would be an announcement on launchpad, but that was an ultamatix page. I haven't downloaded many torrents, It's 12:30am here, so I can seed in my sleep. and get and check the numbers in the morning.

Hey Baph so far I have been seeding for about a week now, should I keep on? I have no problem leaving my system on 24/7 but I just wanted to know.
