I use them solely and recommend them highly. And should you ever need it, you can actually get a live body on the phone pretty quick via their support line. Yes, it's Bombay-based, but typically they actually know what they're doing.
In my experience.

This thing is driving me "Buggy...ier" The router works wired and wireless, but when I go to their set up wizard(you know the easy way) it has a 3 step process..can get thru the first 2 steps of setting the ssid name, but then when you get to the type password...and typr it then hit next...that's it...does not allow you to complete process... I can however, get to the wireless section, and set it up for WEP, and set a key, which, does lock the network down, but then I can't get connected from the VISTA laptop...probably more a vista issue, but I don't understand why, d-link set up won't complete ???And no luck with getting a live person, without the paying option,f--k that, I'll buy another Linksys, before I'll pay to get something working that should work in the first place...it's getting way closer to a complete burn out of Vista on his laptop, 1.8 works flawlessly on this eMachine...just not so sure of his Toshiba satellite laptop, never done a laptop install
Edit 1... got the bugger linked Turns out not to be the router...b t you guessed it....Vista crap OS
