I set up and ran that program. I choose restore gurb and got back, 'gub did not install, something went worng'. So this is what I'm doing and it is extreme. I'm wipping both my hd with drake nuke and boot program.. I figured with all the different installations I have had, something is messed up, and this way I will start of fresh with both windows and Ultimate Edition..

checkc this link out. Describes my situation to a "T" will use this quide when I get home from work.. It appears that custom built machines with the UEFI firmware, which my mb has, has been given people wishing to install a dual boot system plenty of problems..

I dont know if you have tried this but i hope it does not sound too stupid....
Change in bios settings in SATA mode from AHCI to IDE and reboot.

I have played with many UEFI boards and never faced any problems.

Well finally got it loaded and now grub does recognize my win7 partition.. I followed that guide I posted and it worked.. Pam I did try switching to ide, but when you do that (at least on this board) when grub comes up and you choose the win7 loader, it just reloads grub again. Switched back to AHCI and now everything is work fine. IT IS ABOUT TIME. Thanks for all the help.
