I just wanted to drop by and post my deep appreciation to TheeMahn and crew for Ultimate Edition 3.3 x86_64. I had tried 3.0 and 3.01 and had many installation/stability issues. I know that these versions were developed while many changes were afoot with Ubuntu's window manager, etc. Never any hard feelings, I tried each release as they came out, but stuck with 2.9 for my uses.
I installed 3.3 yesterday. Just a wonderful experience. No messing with boot options on the Live DVD to get installation to work. In fact, the hardest thing I had to do was click install and enter my user account info and password. This version was easier to install on my hardware than any previous version I have tried (started with 2.5).
So, once again, I drop by here to say thanks for a job well done.
