Ultimate Edition Forum

I only registered a days or so ago and only made one or two posts but I have been sent a pm to which I am not only not allowed to reply I am not allowed to send because I have not been active enough. Seems rather counter productive in terms of forum dynamics to me. This isn't mentioned in the rules Can somebody tell me how active I have to be before I can reply to or send pm's ?


Edit: Made another post and tried the pm's again and it worked so the problem seems to have solved itself
