Will Ultimate Edition v/ 3.1 (persuming it'll be 32-bit) be an update from v/ 3.0 to 3.1 enabling it to be loaded over-the-top? Or, will v/ 3.1 require a 'clean install?'

[...I ask this so that if it'll require a 'clean install' I need to start taking some notes for that event. I don't want to be asking some of the same dumb questions I asked before after installing v/ 3.0 (32-Bit).]

The Answer will be always make 'clean install' = make your Drive Unallocated for new installation process.
