Ultimate Edition Gamers 2.8 theme issue

Is the Ultimate Gamers theme supposed to be that of Ubuntu 10.10? even in the live CD version? I'm redownloading it to see if that changes things, hopefully it does. I'm running 2.8 non-gamers 32 now, just would like to know
