I'm trying to change the login THEME.
Because the plain white login theme doesn't look good.

Applications> System Tools>Ubuntu Tweak...Start up>Login Settings...
Doing that will only allow you to change the background and the Logo icon.
This won't change the theme/appearance of the login screen.
