You might take a look at the first comment on this page http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.p ... n&iId=6828 (by digitalillusion on Thursday March 4th 2010, 9:48) it says the online installer doesn't work but the offline installer does and it provides a link to it.
There seems to be mixed results and not a lot of recent info. on it so good luck.
