Help request - Boot Manager on Floppy

Hi..
i'm a total newbie with Linux..
I've donloaded,burned and installed ultimate edition 1.8..
I have 2 hd...
One for XP and one for Linux..
I want to put a boot manager on a Floppy..so I can choose to boot my Ultimate Edition on the second hard disk...
Please could you tell me exactly what to do...what to use and how to install it on the floppy?

I havent tried this and I assume you would have to boot to the floppy and have it bootable and a copy of your menu.lst on it which is your grub menu. I dont know in detail but I will try to find some info if no one else answers. Sorry I'm short on time this evening if I get a chance I will investigate it.

I don't know if this will help or not....

You can create a boot disk on a floppy by going to:
System>Administration>Startup Manager>Advanced>Create Rescue Floppy

OK I'll ask the dumb question.
Will Grub not boot from the second disc?
1st Box: Ultimate Edition 2.0 x64/ 1.8 x64
2nd Box: XP (dusty)
3rd Box: Stable Media box Ultimate Edition 1.8 x64 with XBMC
