The Answer is NO!!
and start by that the U.E Repo will Delete from the synaptic.
Then allot of no need packages will be on the Repo for no use.
And there is no connection between the Ubuntu and the U.E Development on the system.
U.E is allot Different from the Ubuntu (canonical)!
Here you get more options, more stable system, and more Friendly for the User.
You have to wait for the U.E to be Release for public and see how Different it is.

I agree with Admin Amir If you want the true Ultimate Edition experience you should wait for Ultimate Edition 2.4, BUT, You can make Ubuntu "look" like Ultimate Edition(though it wont be Ultimate by any means!) By installing Themes and pointers, Utimatix and Ubuntu tweak and downloading some of the app's that Ultimate Edition has pre-installed,If I were you I would wait to see what TheeMahn has up his sleeve with 2.4, I am sure you wont be disappointed ! :D And it will be well worth the wait! :D
